On November 3, 1948, the Chicago Daily Tribune printed a headline saying, "Dewey Defeats Truman" on the front page of the early editions. But in reality, President Harry Truman won that election. A photograph of him holding the newspaper became an icon for the error.
If that error had happened to President-elect Donald Trump, the headline would include not only Vice President Kamala Harris, but also Biden, the DOJ, the media, the FBI and 2 assassins. Not only is Trump’s victory, the greatest comeback in politics, it’s also the greatest number of political opponents defeated in an election.
