We owe a huge debt of gratitude to the men and women, both past and present, who have served our country in the armed forces. 

Thanks to our veterans, America has been protected from our enemies. In protecting our freedoms, many of our veterans have paid a heavy price sacrificing life and limb and many carry unseen emotional scars. Unfortunately, evil people exist in this world and we need good people who are willing to fight to deliver us from evil. Today we honor their service to a grateful nation.
