What is causing incapacitated pilots?

Southwest pilot incident is the 5th one this month.

A pilot friend of mine told me Wednesday (03-22-23) that a Southwest pilot became incapacitated yesterday after Flight 6013 took off from Las Vegas heading to Columbus, Ohio. He was removed from the flight deck and required medical attention. The pilot was replaced by an off-duty, non-Southwest pilot who was commuting on that flight. He handled the communications while the Southwest co-pilot safely landed the plane.

“This is now the fifth pilot incapacitation in the past three weeks,” said my pilot friend.
