Hello Dear Brother,

Thank you for "Two kinds of voters are to blame for America's decline."

It is a disturbing truth! I was shocked and broken to hear these numbers from several sources. We voting Christians must reach out to educate and inform our fellow brothers and sisters.

Like you said "I know, I know, there is no perfect candidate but..." I'd like to add another but. We are voting for the America men gave life and limb to protect and defend! Unless folks have been in a coma for the last four years, you can see the stark difference in the America when Trump was President and the America in the last four years. Wake up America!

I have also found some Christians who rest behind "Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God. Therefore whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God, and those who resist will bring judgment on themselves (Romans 13:1-2) Yes, Scripture tells us to obey governing authority unless it contradicts the Lord's commands.

God has also let us know when He is displeased with our leadership choices. "They set up kings, but not by Me; They made princes, but I did not acknowledge them." (Hosea 8:4)

Christians should strive to choose leaders who will be led by our Creator (1 Samuel 12:13-25). The leaders we elect or do nothing to remove have great influence over our freedoms. Our nation is being led to moral disaster. At the very minimum, vote for a party that "acknowledges there is a God who is our Creator." By not voting, you're giving your permission to be ruled by people who make unbiblical laws. That also applies to leaders on the local level.

We love you, Gary. Thanks again for all you do for the LORD'S sake.

Lou

In Wisconsin their is a deep hate for Republicans due to Scott Walkers attack on the public employees and teachers unions. They've sworn to never vote Republican again. I try to tell them Trump is different from the cookie cutter politicians, he's a one man show, for all of the people.

May I add a third? Complacent citizens, although I suppose they could be contained in group 2. A family member absolutely hates Trump, but refuses to discuss issues at all.

I just pray he either doesn’t vote or will hold his nose and vote for Trump. Either way, it’s unfortunate, but I never give up on people and try hard to never burn bridges.
