We watched the political landscape carefully in the 1970s onward. Like clockwork, Gus Hall, head of the CPUSA, ran for POTUS every four years. Then in '88, he was not on the ballot, so we called the CPUSA HQ and asked if Gus was sick or passed away. The receptionist who answered the phone was very polite, and told us, No, Gus is fine. But I'll tell you that when we recently compared our party platform with the Democrats', we realized that we had so much in common that we decided use our money more wisely and back the Democrats. Made sense to us.
So now, hardcore Marxists are running as Democrats - and getting elected. Khrushchev was right: he said they'd bury us; we laughed but got out our shovels to help them do the deed.
We believe that 2 Chron 7:14 is still true. If God's people in the Occident - America especially - don't repent and quit just giving God lip-service, and turn to Him in loving obedience so He can bring revival, He owes us nothing, and we'll see history begin to close as Scripture describes.

Respecting and protecting the innocence of childhood should be sacrosanct. Period.
