God help us 😣 our founding fathers, even priests, owned slaves and treated other humans worse than animals...

It's a terrible idea to look to them, for ANYTHING. I'm Catholic and this is absolutely embarrassing and ignorant as ever.

I quoted Benjamin Rush and Noah Webster and they never owned slaves. You're right that I can't force people to think differently but the Word of God can. Romans 1:16 says, "I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes, first for the Jew and then the Gentile."

You can not force people to think differently just like someone can not force you to be Muslim. The problem is the hearts of the people who think they have more of a right to have fun at the shooting range for no reason than my children do to survive on a daily basis. Think about that. Poisoned hearts claim to follow Jesus all the time. Be aware of the wolves in sheep's clothing.

You are 100% correct. A murderer (mass or otherwise) will drive a vehicle over a person, stab a person, poison a person, choke a person, fly a plane into a building, strangle a person, name it. Are we going to outlaw vehicles, knives, explosives, airplanes, rope, etc.? If we did a murderer would still find a way to accomplice the murder because their is so filled with hate, it becomes their mission. Restore a person's heart with the love of Jesus and watch our country flourish again!

You're right. It's obvious to us. But the god of this world has blinded the minds of those who do not believe.

Excellent. So true. So much in life develops from a foundation of love and consequential sense of worth and belonging. And sadly what we witness is the absence thereof.
