According to the USA Census Bureau, 25 % of children age 18 are w/o the presence of the Father. Further more 50% single mothers have never married. Millions of of children have Dads who are physically present, but are emotionally absent. It’s not difficult to pinpoint , drug .Alcohol, murder .
